The share of Dutch pupils with a positive attitude toward homosexuality fell sharply between 2021 and 2025. The national HBSC report , published on September 21, 2026, says the figure among boys aged 12–16 in secondary school dropped from 40% to 22%, while the figure among girls fell from 78% to 51%.
